We predict a large volume of business & are therefore developing a bank of senior / well experienced Hoteliers who would have a typical profile as follows: * 25+ years of work experience in 4/5 star hotels, resorts & large leisure operations * Probably part of a hotel Executive team before & have an international background with one of the big 6 * Fortes in areas of hotel operations, rooms division, financial control, sales & marketing & general cost control * Able to provide full audits on any of the above to recognised industry level standards * You will need to be UK based or near Europe, simply for logistic reasons Work will not be permanent but once a success record is gained with UFg, you will be given the status of a UFg Consultant & shall be called upon for various short term assignments as & when they arise. |

| Requirements | Key responsibilities for the sale of annual berths in the Marina across 3- target markets: 1- Maximising occupancy of berths for boats of all sizes for domestic tenants from within the UAE 2- Promoting the venue as a boating/lifestyle destination & selling annual berths for boats of all sizes for relevant international target markets 3) Promotion the city location as the ideal home port for super-yachts including crew lifestyle. Liaise with industry professionals to promote the region as a super-yacht charter destination etc. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all Sales initiatives directly & positively contribute to the Marina berth sales & ongoing occupancy.
