Simon C Windsor - Principal & Company Founder

Simon Windsor is the Founder of the entire UltraForce Group (UFg) in 1985. Simon originally worked for a well known large 5 star international chain all over the Middle East. After a 10- year period Simon returned to the UK to develop a new concept in international recruitment ~ The UltraForce Group (UFg)

With now a total of 30- years career experience of recruitment, management & consultancy, Simon is leading UFg as one of the longest established organisations with his unique style within the market. Simon has promoted his success to date, through his personable approach to Employers & Job-Hunters alike, to achieve the highest level of customer service & the respect that they rightly deserve as industry professionals.

Steve Watts - Senior Sports & Leisure Consultant MENA Region

Steve Watts started his career as a professional Soccer player & successfully played for Clubs in 4- continents including Asia, Australasia, Europe & USA. During this time he successfully completed a Diploma in Medical Science. In addition he gained BMC qualification with 'Fitness for Industry' & at this time was the youngest qualified Manager to receive this award. He offers a wealth of knowledge & experience in Sports Club operations for over 20- years. After working in the Hotel industry, he entered the private sector managing to secure private investments to open his own 1st. Club in the UK.

He worked from inception to completion managing all aspects. In addition to this, he has been a Sports & Leisure Consultant for HBOS & Lloyds TSB on various projects including various Soccer stadiums & Joint Venture partnerships with UK Government Sports Complexes. He has worked on a Consultancy basis with a UK based Design & Marketing agency and is also currently working on a JV in the Middle East with Legacy Sports & Events. He believes his success cumulates from his passion & energy to excel & also his insight to offer the correct Sports & Fitness mix to fit each actual location. He still owns 2- successful Health & Fitness clubs in the UK. David Lloyd-Barker - General Manager of UFg Offices in New Zealand & South Pacific

David Lloyd-Barker has had a career in both HM Forces (Army) and the UK Police after which he worked within the health & Fitness sector establishing his own international consultancy in business setups and recruitment / HR.

He came to NZ in 2004 to establish the Spa at Hotel Du Vin before moving on to become the General & Inspectorate Manager of SPCA Auckland where he increased the prosecution statistics by over 400%.

As well as being a certified Trainer Assessor in Security, Fitness, First Aid, Sales & Management, David also holds an MSc, BA, Post Grad Dip in HR, a distance learning Law degree (LLB) and a Diploma in H&S.

David is a member of the NZ Institute of Management, New Zealand Association of Training & Development, the Chartered Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Sports Management. He heads up the South Pacific offices for UFg sourcing professional talent from his region

Larry Bowman - Senior HR Consultant & Divisional GM for HRFORCE

Larry Bowman is a specialist in the People Dimensions of the international hospitality, leisure and tourism business. He designs and delivers a wide range of bespoke people-centred solutions to enable UFg's clients to achieve their strategic goals. He heads up our Human Resources and Hospitality recruitment divisions as well as managing UFg's consulting activities.

His areas of expertise include business performance improvement and assessment, management and organisation effectiveness, training and development, HR strategy and cross-cultural awareness. His experience includes Director of Consulting and HR at the Glion Group in Switzerland and VP HR at ITT Sheraton Hotels.

Larry, who manages UFg's Swiss office, has lived and worked in Barbados, Belgium, India, Oman, Qatar and the Seychelles. He has carried out assignments for clients in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East & Asia

He has an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc. Hons from the University of Surrey. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
