Simon Windsor is the Founder of the entire UltraForce Group (UFg) in 1985. Simon originally worked for a well known large 5 star international chain all over the Middle East. After a 10- year period Simon returned to the UK to develop a new concept in international recruitment ~ The UltraForce Group (UFg)

Larry Bowman - Senior HR Consultant & Divisional GM for HRFORCE

Larry Bowman is a specialist in the People Dimensions of the international hospitality, leisure and tourism business. He designs and delivers a wide range of bespoke people-centred solutions to enable UFg's clients to achieve their strategic goals. He heads up our Human Resources and Hospitality recruitment divisions as well as managing UFg's consulting activities.

His areas of expertise include business performance improvement and assessment, management and organisation effectiveness, training and development, HR strategy and cross-cultural awareness. His experience includes Director of Consulting and HR at the Glion Group in Switzerland and VP HR at ITT Sheraton Hotels.

Larry, who manages UFg's Swiss office, has lived and worked in Barbados, Belgium, India, Oman, Qatar and the Seychelles. He has carried out assignments for clients in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East & Asia

He has an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc. Hons from the University of Surrey. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.

Duncan MacArthur - Senior Hospitality Consultant

Duncan MacArthur is a Hotel & Catering graduate & has worked extensively for more than 30 years in the Hospitality, Hotel & Resort, Condo-Resort & Real Estate industries in Executive Management & Senior Consulting capacities.

His areas of expertise include Project Management, General Management, Property Management, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Training & Development and Business Market analysis.

Duncan has lived & worked in Africa, the Caribbean, Middle East, Asia & Europe so his broad cultural understanding with clients is assured.

He enjoys the challenge of improving hospitality businesses by immersing himself in the operation, identifying available solutions, agreeing the recovery strategy and then implementing the necessary changes at a hands-on or guidance level.

Duncan offers to UFg Clients, a menu of bespoke creative & commercially-sound solutions in the management & operation of any form of hospitality & tourism project.

Duncan is based in the UK & manages the central England office for UFg.

Michael Livesey - Senior Legal & Commercial Consultant

Michael Livesey is an experienced and resourceful Commercial Lawyer, qualified over 35 years. He has undertaken extensive work in commercial landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals, residential and commercial development, non-contentious construction, town and country planning, development funding, commercial bridge lending, mezzanine funding, corporate finance, franchising, software supply contracts & industrial supply contracts for domestic and international organisations.

He is a networker with contacts throughout the UK, Eire and also China, USA and Europe. Based in the North West of England, Mike currently acts as a facilitator for deals / funding for business and is a Partner in two retail ventures launched in November 2010 as well as being a member of Rowton Developments LLP & also being involved in other business projects.

Mike has been the Legal Advisor to UFg since 1995.

Eric Fairweather - Senior Consultant Corporate Finance & Business Recovery

Eric Fairweather is a respected and experienced Banker with 41 years in the banking industry of which 34 were with Midland / HSBC and 7 with The Co-operative Bank. He offers strategic business development skills, detailed financial experience and a proven skill set in understanding and developing high growth companies.

He spent 2 years on secondment to the DTI as Director of the Industrial Development Unit when he was responsible for the negotiation of major inward investment grant assistance and the assessment of Regional Development Assistance applications. He was also responsible for the monitoring of Launch Aid to BL, Rolls Royce Aircraft Engines and Westland Helicopters.

Key appointments include having been Corporate Banking Area Manager, Midland Bank for Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire, Regional General Manager, North of England, the Co-operative Bank and Head of Asset Finance, the Co-operative Bank. Since retirement Eric has acted as a Financial Consultant and has held various non-executive directorships with companies in the mortgage, IT Recycling, Ophthalmology and Soccer leisurewear sectors. 

Eric is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and is an alumnus of the International General Management Programme, CEDEP, Fontainebleau, France.  He holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and the Certificate of Regulated General Insurance (CeRGI).

He is a Governor at Bolton School, in Lancashire.

Jamal Siddiqui - Senior Sports & Leisure Consultant

Jamal Siddiqui is a specialist in the Leisure, Fitness & Spa sectors successfully assigned by UFg to a number of international assignments both at home and abroad spanning a career of 25 years.

He specialises in planning and implementation of bespoke business recovery and improvement models to gain organisational effectiveness that include management systems and procedures. Jamal can install & train staff onsite for our Clients in highly effective sales and membership IT packages, to radically improve sales revenue against KPIs and self imposed financial targets.

His international experience includes operating as an UFg Senior Consultant in the capacity of CEO for a new 5 star chain of Fitness and Spa Clubs based in India & a Principle Consultant for a major leisure facility build in the former Czechoslovakian Republic valued at US$ 500 million dollars. In the UK home market, he has extensive experience in local authority & held the senior role of MD of Leisure facilities for a leading Leisure Trust in the South East of the UK.

Jamal lives & was educated in the UK & has an MBA from the Southampton Institute of Higher Education specialising in strategic management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies for the University of Portsmouth. He is a qualified Fitness & Karate Instructor with roots based in Athletics to National standard. In more recent times, he became a Fellow Member to the former ILAM & is also an accredited Business Consultant with the Institute for Independent Business (IIB).

Tony Snowden - Senior Operations Management Consultant

Tony Snowden has over 35 years experience in Hotel management, Leisure, Catering and Conference & Exhibition management. He is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration obtaining a Master of Management in Hospitality and Advanced Management programme.

Tony has extensive knowledge of "hands-on" management at all levels, including financial planning, strategic policymaking, marketing and operational control. His specialist role is operational management, corporate support and financial engineering. He has experience of multi-unit management at Hilton & Marriott Hotels and has also applied his expertise at Ramsay Health Care overseeing 32 hospitals covering Hard & Soft Facility Management and Hotel Services.
