Requirements

Key education & work experience required as a minimum are:

• Degree status in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• A minimum of 10- years’ experience after graduation & working in the faculty of Maintenance & Repair of large modern corporate / office buildings

• Certified Facility Manager CFM – from IFMA

• Facility Management Professional FMP – from IFMA

• Sustainable Facility Professional SFP- from IFMA

• MRIC- from IFMA

• Property Administrator Certificate PAC– from BOMI

• Facilities Management Certificate FMC- from BOMI

• Building Systems Maintenance Certificate SMC- from BOMI

• Certified Manager of Commercial Properties CMCP- from BOMI

• Reliability Engineering

• Experience with FM technology especially:

Key duties required will be:

• Responsible for the operational maintenance and repair services including planned and routine servicing of equipment, buildings and elevator facilities, hydraulics & plumbing

• Where necessary, ensure repair of equipment to prescribed standards, and that all work meets set quality assurance standards

• Be able to use your experience in Asset Management & conversant with equipment condition surveys and extensive knowledge of maintenance programs and strategies

  • Supervises and evaluates Hydraulics Manpower.
  • Plans, follows up, and ensures implementation of MMS and quality management system
  • Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness Plans repairs, overhauls of Hydraulics equipment and systems.
  • Supports subordinates in developing their competences.
